SPIMasterBus cards software update

New version of the SPIMasterBus cards software is available.

SPIMasterBus_v1.0.lha / SPIMasterBus_Installer.adf

Added:
- spi.library,
- sdcard.device - added support for multiple devices (unit 0 - device on ZorroII, unit 1 - device on ClockPort),
- SpiClock - added device support on ClockPort ,
- SDTest - added device support on ClockPort.
